Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Stripe & Stare pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact and unopened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original biodegradable packaging and include the packing slip provided in your original shipment.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
